In the Hospitality and Wholesale & Retail classes, learners spend 50% of their time engaged in practical work, gaining real-life experience and understanding of their chosen industry. The remaining 50% of their time is dedicated to classroom instruction, where they learn the theoretical foundations that support their practical skills.
